It seems a bit mad doesn't it, it just doesn't seem to make sense what they are saying. How can you meet the health criteria if you don't need medicals? What has your agent said?

Are you using an Agent Safin?

Sorry but being a bit thick but why would LCU need to clear you if you haven't had a medical.

I think you can get your visa stamped once you arrive in Aus.

Looked at 5.30 this morning and nothing - just checked again and "applicant approved". Can't believe it soooo excited:)

This is all so frustrating the waiting is now really pissing me off - and just to make it worse I've just picked my little boy up from pre-school and they've given all his sessions to other children...

Ours were passed Monday and we thought we'd have heard this week. Our house completes on the 26th so wanted to fly the 29th but not looking likely now:(

Hi

We didn't need any police checks just the medicals (xrays for us and medicals for the children), I don't think you need police checks unless you've been convicted of a crime in the last few...

We were told 4 weeks for them to be processed and they were 4 weeks to the day. It's so frustrating waiting isn't it, I'm sure they'll be done soon - hopefully that backlog at LCU is being cleared. ...

Yes the company employing my husband did use an agent. It was all so easy we had to send them copies of our passport, wedding certificate, children's birth certificates, john's CV...

We're going to Sydney looking at either living in the Hills District or maybe Central Coast - we'll make our minds up when we get there.
