Re: E2 Startup

I think it would be worth your time and money seeing an attorney or consultant. The process itself isn't rocket science and can be done by yourself.....BUT, as this is your first application and is a...

Re: Capital gains tax E2 holder primary residence

Well, that's what I thought too but lots of the information out there contradicts this or at the very least muddies the water. Maybe I'm being skeptical but if, in this instance, I get classed as a...

Re: E2 third renewal and ties to the UK

Apologies for the late update. We attended our E2 renewal interview the last week of May. Fortunately, our E2 was granted for a further 5 years. The new Embassy procedures meant that we were done and...

Re: Is the E2 renewal application late?

It doesn't matter if you leave it late, you either get a renewal or you don't. If you don't get it I don't think you can use ESTA and instead would need to apply for a B visa to allow time to pack up...

Re: Virgin Atlantic / names / flight dates

I've done it twice. The process was very simple and straightforward. You will be given a toll free number to use if calling from the US (if you are unsure, ask the check in staff before you leave the...

Re: Where are you going for Hollidays this year?

Exactly what I was going to suggest. Great place, nice people, good theme park, good historical tours etc. Nice to see Union Jack flown next to Stars and stripes as a matter of course.

Cheers Ray,

I have heard of a few new and renewals going through in weeks rather than months and was just curious to see if they were exceptions rather than rules.
