Yeah, I manically check the weather every day in winter hoping for low temps to come find us lol. Definitely been way too warm this year.

I agree that having your own pool helps you live in...

I'm pretty sure he signed one but we don't have a copy of any of the paperwork for me to check :(

I guess he could request it from his company lawyers but I'm not sure how reasonable he's going to...

I have no idea if they are planning on going the gc route. If they do will he have to be a resident of the US? Also, will his age play a factor in when it's best to apply for a green card?

Yes, we have a property in the UK that we are about to put on the market so that may be sold by the time we get round to filing. We're in no rush so if it's better to wait til all that is sorted out...
