thanks, after some more discussions then good or bad, 60k was about the limit on what they are prepared to pay. So I guess I got as much as I could. other benefits are in line with big company stuff...

I'm an IT Project Manager (over 10 years)..

I think we've managed to raise it to 60K per month. Havent yet discussed benefits etc
