Well I would need to do something pretty wrong like leave a hot shower running with bathroom door open constantly to raise the humidity to 80%... obviously we have not done that.

DHL used to have something called a visa pack, but no longer offer this.

You are right regarding the functioning mail system, no doubt this procedure has been bought in to standardise world wide...
