Presumably then this is the only information they require. They were unsure as to whether they provided enough relevant information on the de facto status. But this is not mentioned in the letter....

By certified copies I mean that if you send photocopies of your degree certificate etc then you will need a solicitor to sign that they are true copies of the original.
