No such thing as a direct transfer but if they want you they will let you join the CF (not called CAF, Just CF Air Force), see:

Note that you will likely have to pay Canadian tax on your UK pension for some months before you get the UK tax back. I'm in that situation now, but hopefully with my UK tax return going in soon...

Yep, sadly my plan to split income didn't work out. All income has to be declared to the Canadian tax man once you have landed (or are deemed resident for tax purposes).

There is no "transfer" as such, but you don't have to be a Canadian...
