Hi We rented it out for 6 months then on a monthly basis!! We have to give them 2 months notice to move out but they have to give 1 months notice! Hope this helps. Are you moving to PERTH?

Wow!! I totally agree. We all want what is best for our kids!! But for us growing up with their grandparents, aunties, uncles etc.... is the best! Familarity is a wonderful thing, knowing your kids...
