Hi We rented it out for 6 months then on a monthly basis!! We have to give them 2 months notice to move out but they have to give 1 months notice! Hope this helps. Are you moving to PERTH?

Wow!! I totally agree. We all want what is best for our kids!! But for us growing up with their grandparents, aunties, uncles etc.... is the best! Familarity is a wonderful thing, knowing your kids...

Thanks, i think that is half our problem! we just do not know enough about this country to survive! if you have grown up here you now all the little things, we still have to think what the emergency...
