Not an expert on this area but there is dentist, opticans, health centre and private medical practice in Sao Martinho plus obviously the hospital in Caldas Das Rainha is only 10kms away....

We purchased a lot of our furniture from Movies Brandao Ferreira & Filhos in the Foz the Arelho Industrial Estate. They were brillant. You can order in advance and they will deliver it when you want....
