If you are going to base your argument on stats, the stats for Australia on the same website are 73 deaths out of 670 000 tourists. Therefore South Africa is safer for tourists? I don't think so....

Loftus Versveld in Pretoria is being used as a world cup venue. I have been to Soccer city before to watch a game, years ago it must be said however I enjoyed the experience.
