Then there are some ignorant people out there...

If i were to use someones service i would give 2 cheques 1 for the persons services another made to cic.. This would surely have prevented fraud..

To be fair to Andrew the cic changed the rules for these kind of people and i think they had to shell out lot more money to keep their license active.

Giving Citizenship test while submitting application

Currently citizenship processing takes 8 months.
I have heard that it can be speeded up by giving the written test while submitting the application.

Is this true..

PR renewal with 1088 days out of country in 5 years

I will be filing for my PR renewal. I have about 1088 days out of country in the past 5 years. Basically i landed in 2003 went back for ~1088 days and came back and have been here in canada ever...

1> Land and give Canada address where u will receive PR at Immigration
2> Apply for SIN card give Canada address where u will receive SIN
3> Apply for Bank...

Ur are lucky and wise.

Passing a driving test is quite difficult and expensive in canada, so most ppl opt for the exchange.
My wife has already done it 2 times with out success..

Sep18 2006 -- Received conformaiton from Miss saying agent unable to make decision
Jan 9 2007 -- Received Call from CIC...
