Home loan turned down by MII

Hi
Our home loan was agreed by the company but turned down by Mortgage Indemnity Insurers mainly because 1 of us on a temp contract, even though both professionals. (Buying in WA)

Any advice...

we had refer and things arrived with no mould or mildew. I'm sure I read somewhere that they were better in relation to this due to type of insulation or something.

Can't believe it but have had pre-grant letter. Received 6 days ago but didn't get it until yesterday as have only been in Perth for 5 weeks and haven't got internet sorted yet.

We are going to WA on 457 shortly. Believe you don't have to pay school fees although I think there are costs for books etc each term that you wouldn't have to pay in the UK, not huge amounts...

We have a 457 visa, husband is a nurse and needed comprehensive medical. Kids also had medical. I didn't need one. Determined by whether working in hospitals or schools I think.
