Not really, i just realized today in inspection that there is a tree on one side of the berdroom which is causing one side of the wall the crack.. i spoke to couple of guys they said underpinning...

hmm trust me its not nightmare, i think its wear and tear a bit...its not fall apart or crumbling... its 1980s built unit and strata title is 1988.
You are right, its ditto for melb what you have...

So as per the instructions of BCorp, they have issued the letter today to every owner in their mail box.
I read mine, its 3 para simple and staright forward letter letting every one know not to use...

Actually, how can tenants get away, i guess its the owners responsibility to manage their tenants not neighbors...

Actually, the situation is its not a shed or covered park park.. its open space and the partiions of each car spots are marked with white lines and nos. to clearly...
