I received the acknowlegement via an email with a File Reference, as well as ICSE Request ID. I think it is because I indicated that I want to be contacted through email in the application form. :)...

I'm a March applicant as well. It was sent on 8th to 10th /March/2007, I'm still waiting for acknowledgement. Nice to know that we're in the same boat here! Any news let me know. :)
