It really does depend upon the nature of the...

It really does depend upon the nature of the offence and how long ago it was. The visa officer assessing your application will make the decision as to whether or not you require Rehabilitation....

I have just spoken with a Canadian Consulate (Australia). They will be not be closing over the Xmas/New Year period (apart from statutory holidays) and will be processing applications as normal.
