It's never an easy thing to stay away from your spouse and 2 US citizen kids,who are toddlers for 3yrs.

lawyer adviced to go for the 2nd time,but no guarantee.So should we go?else
the ban for 3 yr applies.Is it better to go out of US and come after 3 yrs?

We stayed in Canada for 4 weeks,got our PR card since then was in US.
When should we return back before loosing our PR status.HOw long can we stay out of canada legally.
