Smile Is anyone heading to the NZ expo this weekend?

We were planning on going, but are they actually useful?

The advertisment says there will be employment experts there, but are they specific to certain jobs? I am worried we will pay £30 to get in...

Smile Re: Let me get my child out of this country!!!

Personally I think a great deal is simply down to numbers. NZ has a tiny population and people are spread out a great deal more. Like any area of concentrated population the crime will be higher.

Re: I've been in a car accident

Sorry you are hurt, and glad your daughter is unscathed.

Sorry to be harsh, as I am sure you are beating yourself up already, but you were lucky nothing worse happened, driving an uninsured car. I...

I actually felt sorry for...

Angry Let me get my child out of this country!!!

We discovered this morning that someone has taken our 2 year old daughter's cabrio car thingy from the garden. Firstly it's a pretty crappy thing to do, to steal something that obviously belongs to a...

Smile Persoanl question, but is anyone (or planning to be) mortgage free in NZ?

Re: How much do you reckon this house would be worth?

I found out how much they want $460k - $480k. Less than I had expected. Irrelevant really because we can't move for a while yet! Still, it's nice to dream.

Smile How much do you reckon this house would be worth?

Have to say though, I nearly choked when I saw the interest rates out there! No wonder people strugle to buy anywhere. Our house over here is not even 3% and is fixed for 3...
