That sounds like a good idea as a 50 min bus ride is probably a bit longer than we'd hoped... altho' if everythings in pretty much walking distance in Rangiora it wouldn't be so much of a prob as...

We've never really considered the option of building our own, but I don't know why not as it's fairly common over here and you get a home...

As far as schooling goes I suppose the higher the decile the better but we know that aint necessarily the only indicator for the good ones so...

work in city, college hill so do the drag --ipod/book and those harbour views keep me fine
