Only update from me is that Immigration have sent my ex a letter asking her to detail her objections to the kids medicals, and given her 49 days!!.
she reckons she will do it, when she is ready,...

What happens then if the kids themselves refuse the medicals? my kids have found out i'm applying and my 10 year old daughter says there is no way she will have the medical.

Hello everyone.
Just got an email back from Australia House.
All they would say is wait for the case officer to request the medicals for the kids.
I did ask for advice on what to do if this...

Hey Katehn,
Yea thought of that, but that would mean the witch letting me have the kids for "extra time" and I'd be dreaming if that happened. She probably has the whole of the easter hols planned...

Will probably have to go with the stat dec. No way the witch will let me do the medicals for the kids. Hard enough to get them for an extra few hours, and during the week too will be impossible....

Hello all those having the same trouble with ex's. I have spoken to Australia House and they said I had 4 choices.
1. Do the medicals for the kids
2. Go to court and relinquish all parental...
