we now live in sydney, got here in oct07 on a 457 and we rent at the mo. now, we also have a house which we rent...

i did`nt but i was already in oz as a temp res, if i could do it over i would get the ARTC then go to PEER in SA you can get the SA license in under a week and then transfer it to the state you are...

hows it going mate, i think you can post a cv on skills2oz.com they deal with poms who want to move. but its a long road to getting a license (in nsw anyway). basically:

thanks for the info.Looks like it will just be the ARTC as i will already be on a 457 visa. Do you know if i have to wait until i have an Australian address before i can apply for an ARTC? Also...

can anyone help im just goin round in circles. we expect to be over in sept on a 457 my OH is the one being sponsored, but im a spark and im gettin no help and cant get a clear picture of what it is...
