So hang on, if I applied for a non csl/modl 175 in August '08, I can expect a further 2.5 years of waiting!?

I wish my migration agent was as honest as George :(

I applied for a 175 in August of '08. I've since enquired about changing to a 176, but my agent informed me that this would entail a second application, with all applicable fees being charged again...

Given the current processing priorities + the declining economic situation in Australia, are 175 applications still worth applying for?

I get the impression that once State/CIS and MODL...
