Thanks for that I think we shall be able to go on a 103 visa being outside of Australia when we apply meeting the balance of family test I would pay the first part of the visa and then pay 2nd part...

Yes your quite right, just at first we where not sure he was going to settle and he is still waiting for his residency visa on a 457 at the moment had a problem with his sponsorship employer abusing...
