You could try the Royal Victoria Hospital, they have a very good rehab department. (I worked there for a number of years) Also, there are several private facilities in the area.

Not really sure where he will be working yet. He is a truss estimnator and all the factories appear to be on the southside. He normally starts at 5 or 6 am so, fingers crossed he can avoid traffic....
