Well.. i just phoned the US Consulate.. they said that despite not having stamps in my passport, that I was denied entry - so going in for an interview, and its not worth the risk!

yea.. but $400k on a one bedroom and den is quite achievable in Yaletown for example.. not if you want larger! What is it you're looking for.. a 600sq ft 'compact' place.. or a 2000sq ft pad?

Yes.. I'm a visitor thats currently got my PR application and been in and out of Canada for the last 3 years. I have an apartment in Yaletown (a great part of town!), and my cousin is a realtor there...
