Thanks Troopie for the information. We just sold our house in Florida so looking to invest again like buying another holiday home in the sun where we can use it, rent it out when we are not using...

Thanks for your replies. I read from other forum that as a foreigner I will not be able to own a property but if I have a company registered in Thailand my company can purchase the property for me....
