I send my I-130 to NSC and it took almost two years.

Detroit is processing April of 1993 and that means we have long way to go.

AOS Timing after I-130??

After going throught I-130 approval, now I-485 is in the process and had finger ptonting done on June 1st, 2004

Original I-485 was sent to Detroit office on April 7th, 2004 but the receipt came...

Yes, that is right.

I130~I485 goes through MSC even you send the paper work to local district office.

I sent mine (I-485) to Detroit office but I got my receipt issued from MSC which is bit...

I did on 6th April 2004 and the checks are yet to be cashed?

I am quite worried if they have lost my papers.

We filed AOS at Detroit (after I-130 approved) over a moth and haven't even received a receipt. The checks haven't yet cashed either.

I thought I have to wait till my I-130 get approved ( I know waht you are thinking). Now I learnt I could do it earlier.

Now I am not sure what is the right thing to do. i already applied...

Folks-

I am in the same situation.

My wife came here wit K3 in Feb, 2003.

After almost 2 years, our I-130 was approved.

We thought we will save time by filing AOS at local BCIS office...

Rete- No, I did not pay for finger print during I-130.
I paid for the finger print during EAD.
Now, as you said, I do have to pay again for I-485 related finger...

Yes, your are right..........
He did report what ever he earned........

But in some cases the Consulate asking to show more income and re-file the Tax Return even that is not the case......which...
