Yeah, I'd heard Alberta might be the best place to try. Not sure how likely it's going to be getting a telephone interview and not appearing in person though.

Ok - so I would need to apply for a standard new work visa entirely. I understand.

My intention was to spend the first six months on vacation during the summer and the winter 6 months working....

Hi Gordon,

Personally, I find the majority of things over here cheaper than in the UK.
Top of my list would have to be petrol/gas prices. It's about 80c/litre here on average compared with 1.09...

Yes, my work visa was from BUNAC. Does this make any difference?
