Hi I put a deposit on a Tasa apartment and by some rumours more than anything official they have stopped building to refinance !
Does anyone know anything ?

Also are spanish banks still handing...

I have paid a 20% deposit down and in reality with the house now worth less i am concerned that I will have to try and find another...

I am self employed and have access to sterling !
I just dont want to put say £40k accross at the current exchange rate !

getting a bit worried about the exchange rate !

is it easy to get a euro mortgage ... i have paid 20% down and can probably put another 10% down...

a five star hotel has to have a minimum level of facilities for starters...

this normally includes a shop / boutique usually some sort of beauty facility/...

Watched "watchdog" on tv last night. Did a piece on Polaris World. People are complaining because they have had to wait only 6 months to get keys, and still waiting for facilities to be finished....

just a small foot note on this i have been told that the tasa development is a more even mix of spanish and foreign.
maybe this was part of their way of selling to me .... well it worked :)

i would think that due to the size of the tasa development it will be for sole use of the occupants. However I could be persuaded with a beer after a game of tennis !

I agree that generally people get too hung up on vitamins and take far more than is necessary, per day, but for a short term blast - Im not worried at all.

have travelled from bristol to faro for my visit to costa esuri and it was about £50 return ... now looking into costs from easter onwards and really struggling to find cheap flights ... any...
