just had another friend of mine getting his IA. applied July 2004.
interesting thing is his IA says that they will process him by 'end of 2007 to anytime in 2008'.

A friend of mine with July 2004 AOR had got his IA recently.
In a telephone conversation they said that they plan to finalize his case by the end of this year.

I have 3 Singapore applicant friends-who got their PPR within 6-9 months of getting their IA. all of them had started their application process between
Mar'03- Oct'03.
