Compounds have long waiting lists so if possible get employer to arrange.
Cost for a 2 bed on Arabian Homes is SAR115k, 3 bed SAR125k upwards.
Other compounds price from SR75k upwards for 2 bed...

Have to agree with previous post on compounds-really depends on timing and luck! Ofcourse if your company has villas on its books, it does help-these tend to be "unavailable" even when not occupied...

2) About SAR 5500 monthly for a 1 bed furnished that is decent and clean. 3 bed is about SAR7500
