Hi,

Can i travel overseas while on E3 is being renewed? My E3 is up for renewal on April 09 and I am planning to go overseas for 2 months during jan/feb. Is that OK?

I have done this. I went to canada, got my new E3 with the new employer and came back. Yes my wife had to accompany me and I got a new I94 etc. So you will have to take your wife, 3 kids to Canada....
