That doesn't make sense. A K-1 visa is for a fiance. If a couple has been married 2 years, the non USC spouse would not be entering on a K-1.

So she can acquire her ten year PR without a Condition?

If so, and she has her ten year PR, will she be required to leave the US should we divorce at "anytime after" the issue of her 10 year PR?...

If you've been married less than 2 years when her PR is approved, she'll become a conditional PR (conditional). If married more than 2 years, she will get the 10-year card.

I don't know anything...
