God I wish it WOULD rain! we're so low on water (again, but that's thanks to no rain for weeks and weeks and weeks and tank issues).

We're on tanked water (collected rainwater from our roof) and we certainly don't discard any! (at the moment we need every drop!).

I LOVE it - i can't drink the town supply any more, it makes me...

Why would they think that? I know we live in a crazy mixed up world, but the person who thinks that two cars and a house is 'poor' should probably take an extended vacation in africa...

I really really REALLY hate being surrounded by happy, helpful, chilled out people and having to go to the beach ALL THE TIME - it's pants.

not really - the odd 5 mins here, 5 mins there - down times at work, after kids bedtimes etc.... I have a studio in our house (we both do, one each :D ) and wireless broadband... one of the perks...

We're on $71k combined as a family of four, with a mortgage and we manage to save $500 a month (not to say it doesn't all get USED again of course! :rofl: *sigh*)

Firstly, there is no 'child benefit' in NZ. There IS family assistance which is like the UKs tax-credits, and help with childcare if you're working or studying.

Why wary Rustie? is it that i may be a different texture when it's defrosted? I HAVE frozen cream cheese (not as frosting though - i thinkk that would freeze fine) and it defrosted and tasted fine...

I make an ordinary sandwich cake - so I use all the mixture. And I cover the icing (a wee bit of cream cheese and some icing sugar) with poppy seeds and other seeds & nuts - all healthy like :D
