Re: Don´t buy property in Spain or you will lose a lot of money

Re: Whinging Pom House seller (The Continuation)

Re: Whinging Pom House seller (The Continuation)

 That was one of the arguments used to justify the massive UK bubble.

Re: Don´t buy property in Spain or you will lose a lot of money

Yes, thank you very much for your original post - I ended up doing a lot of my own research and realised that it's best to wait many years before even thinking about it.

It's interesting to see...

Re: Don´t buy property in Spain or you will lose a lot of money

I don't know. Some towns may well do slightly better than others, and some countries may fare relatively well. Perhaps the best way to judge for yourself would be to rent in Mallorca for 6 months and...

Re: who else is waiting to sell there house....

Anyone selling now will be fine, if they take a small hit. It's people who hold on for many years expecting an imminent upturn that will be in serious negative equity. Most people have made hundreds...

Re: who else is waiting to sell there house....

I agree that we are entering a long, steep, decline in UK house prices, but disagree that house prices will recover in another decade. As wealth moves to Asia, and the UK's terrible demographics have...

Re: Don´t buy property in Spain or you will lose a lot of money

Re: Don´t buy property in Spain or you will lose a lot of money

Re: Don´t buy property in Spain or you will lose a lot of money
