What about assets? Any chance you guys could meet the income requirements based on assets? If you own a house or something? That way you could still DCF here without requiring a joint sponsor.

See I'm quite used to the goodbyes. My dad moved back to the states when I was 12 years old. It was really difficult, and every time we've had to say goodbye since have been just flooded with tears...
