From what I understand, the new one (DS-156) is not yet available but will be. If they sent you the new form, just attach a little note saying that is what they sent you recently. They shouldn't...

All I can say is...this waiting is wretched! I sent out my petition to the Nebraska Service Center on August 21st and it arrived on the 24th. I haven't even been sent a receipt for it or anything...
