I plan to move to USA sooner rather than later..

My understanding is that you can NOT work while I-130 is in process until it is approved and then you can seek work authorization ! correct right...

hey everybody,

If someone comes to Denmark on a visitors visa. Can he or she apply for a Visitors visa (I think B2 for upto 90 day, Just for tourisn and no bussiness or stuff) to USA at US Embassy...

Should I mention in the application that I will try to get h1b and the detail for example .. well.. since you are non profit research intitute you are exempt of teh cap and...

Well, for USA You guys have E1, E2, EB5(running out soon though !) options still opened...:blink:

You could always come to USA to study and further look for your chances. more education of course...

yes u are right ! I can get danish or Norwegian to qualify for E2... But it will take 3+ years to swap the passport .. which is a rather long time .. IMHO

........ who knows 3 years down the line...

Well I think E2 is a great way to get in and explore US market and then see if EB5 is extended to switch on to that ..

Well If I don't marry that women I might have to look for other options .....

If one looks in E-2 treat Invester countries there is no country name that starts with a 'D' ... Which clearly indicates that Denmark is not one of them !!

Denmark doesnt allow dual...

I have heard that if WP is for two years or more you get Immi Process shortened to 6 months or something ?
