E-Cas on CIC website seems very hit and miss. Ours only changed from 'In process' once we had actually landed in Canada and had become permanent residents! I am sure your PPR will be in the post...

We received our PPR on 26 October 2006. We posted passports off that same day which CHC London received 27 October 2006.

It's 3 weeks now and we've not had passports back yet. The wait is killing...
