The first 2 were to confirm that the study permit and work permit had been approved and to print out and take to the border.

Yes, I have an LMO. I would be less suspicious of an error if the first email had not had an attachment that was not attached...

I dont understand why they cant pay a refund either - even if they take out an admin fee? I wonder how they account for any surpluses in their accounts?!
