In addition to the above discussion, sadly I am over 35 :unsure:! Looking at this link, I need to be 35 or under for IEC.

Thanks for that early reply. I was unsure about sending the email requesting confirmation that my TWP application had been successful, but now I am... It seems to have been emailed to me as a reflex...

Say you come with a houseful of stuff and its allowed while youre in Canada on a TWP... If you leave after 2 years, do they actually check that you have...

My form is labelled IMM 1295 (01-2011) E - any advances?

The checklist I am working with expects a IMM1295 B!

I have no definitive answer to this question, although I believe I have read what I can about TWPs and cant remember this one. Seems ridiculous to me, as that would mean any foreign worker in Canada...

I dont understand why they cant pay a refund either - even if they take out an admin fee? I wonder how they account for any surpluses in their accounts?!
