We just got our quote from Atlantis this morning, its £2448 for 680cubic feet or £3100 for a 20ft Container. The insurance is dear though, 3.5% so I'll try another insurer as recommend by...

After ringing them!!!!
I've found that you can apply with ANZ via a PDF form for a Access Advantage Account and send this form back, They create an account you can deposit only until your in Oz....
