no they are not on pension but they savings, my mum is also working part time and they live in a house that they own. will that still qualify them as dependents of my sister?

my mom just turned 60 this year and my dad is turning 57, they are both in the Philippines.

yes they are dependent to the applicant, they live on the same house. Only my sister is working at the moment, i also provide support for them.
