what a fool im !!!!! when i closed this house i did not realize that the cooling system has not bee installed they have just put in all the required ducts !!!

no im not a US citizen. child is a US citizen. But do i really need to cross the border to get the PR landing done or i can just go to the border on the canadian side and meet the officer there ?

The house is 100% done. internal is not done which is promised to be done before we move in. i will talk to my lawyer to see what else i need to do...

This could be on the high end. i dont know of a lot of people making this salary. even if you can get to high 85+ to 90+ thatl be good. my suggestion is to see if you can get some interviews before...

Im sure im mistaken. But this is the reason why

I got my 1st paycheck in Ontario today and there are 3 items on taxes deducted at source
FIT : 38 %
CPP : 4.8 %
UIC : 1.8 %

And this adds up...

This is huge and we never realized this ! for a family of 3 if we make around 120k taxes are about 55k ( about 45%) !!! and on top of that we pay 15% for almost every damn thing ..
