I don't know about the medical timeline specifically, because we made sure and included absolutely everything, medical, payments, police checks, the whole lot, with the original application. I think...

Weeeeell, ideally during the school summer holidays, but that might be a bit optimistic! We're planning on home-edding the kids for a bit and travel around NS looking at property.

Yes, we sent everything in at the same time, money, medical, police check etc. That timescale would do just fine :-) Congratulations, sounds positive!

I do know of people who have done exactly that though - it seems perfectly possible in fact. It would be interesting to see if anyone can come up with a show-stopping reason *not* to do this??...
