ok well so far so good! we had meds end august and CIC received them 9th sept. I IM'd them and got a reply four days later to say PPR on their way! Try it, squeeky wheel and all that eh?! God luck!...

med centre should have given u a tracking no. I think the cost of the courier is in with med costs as i remember. Have u foned med centre to see whats going on, im sure they would be happy to help.
