Hi, so by transfer do you mean the difference in the two prices of 100,000 and therefore tax of €7,000, or do you mean a further tax of €14,000 as tax on the purchase price of the second house?

Residency had nothing to do with the tax - we applied for residencia long after we imported the car.

The reason we didn´t have to pay the tax was because we had the original receipt proving how...

For importing the car we paid nothing, because we had owned it for over a year and still had the receipt which is needed to prove this. This was the law three years ago and I don´t think it has...
