Passport with immigrant visa received back today!! Now have to book my flight and it's goodbye UK. Mixed feelings as excited about my new life with hubby in USA but v sad to be finally saying...

Hi Jeremy,
My I130 was approved 19th March and others with same timeline to me received interview around mid june. I held onto my paperwork before returning it as I needed to delay my interview...

Ive visited my US husband 3 times on VWP since sending off the I130 application. And have had no problems at all. I always carried a letter from my employer confirming the date they were expecting...

I put none for alien registration number and US hubby just sent copy birth certificate...he doesnt even have a passport! Bless!
I cant quite remember re the G325 and copies of my forms are at home....

I had the medical today and was simply asked if I had had chicken pox as a child. Answered yes (as I did have) and that was sufficient. I had had my flu jab at my own g.p's to save money as they did...

As far as I recall..im sure he said UPS. I will double check when i speak to him later! I also sent a parcel which took over 5 weeks to arrive! Perhaps its just S Carolina post??? They r kinda laid...

I used Royal Mail airsure which transferred over to UPS delivery in states. My husband rang them and luckily they could trace using the barcode I was given on my receipt. The lady on the phone said...

I spoke to NVC about rescheduling and they said not a problem at all. Just gotta email embassy IF I am away on the date they give me an interview. Either that or I will take my time posting these...

PS...sorry, misread re yr DS3032....I read that some people have successfully emailed NVC appointing agent and so havent used form DS3032. Think there is a thread on here somewhere about it......
