Thanks George, I feared as much. It's for my brother who is a welder and he is not even close to the 60 points, thank goodness we are already PR! Looks like he will have to look at regional/ state...

Am I right in thinking that if you do not meet the 60 points then your visa options are 457, 186, 187? It looks like you can still put in an EOI and just wait for an employer to find...
