Re: PSS Removals

Think we had Andy 1 and 2 and Chris when PSS came to pack us up in April this year. All very efficient and bought calm to our chaos at the time. All our stuff arrived in Brisbane and then on to...

Re: sunshine coast meet up

Thanks for the PM Selina.

We would like to do the meet up but in-laws will have just arrived and don't think they will fancy it and don't suppose they will have been here long enough to leave...

Re: Apartments/Hotels in Maryoochydore

We used this, if you mean Sunair. Really good. They run every hour from outside the arrivals terminal and dropped us off at our accommodation in Cotton Tree (Catalina II - also very good, can...

Re: Spider catcher for those who fear them!

We too are moving at the weekend and the biggest Huntsman I ever did see was at the new house. Me thinks a trip to Bunnings for amunition is called for (and then onto BWS for something to calm the...

Re: Spider catcher for those who fear them!

Certainly not for the Huntsmen I have encountered. They run too bloody fast. You wouldn't have time to fetch that contraption, before it had galloped off somewhere else!!!

Re: PSS vs DOREE BONNER

We used PSS in the UK and Overseas Packers & Shippers in Brisbane. Nothing confiscated, stolen/missing or broken/damaged. Couldn't fault their efficientness and courtesy in either the UK or Aus.

Re: Sunshine Coast here we come-soon

Hi Dave

We did compare schools but both had a really good reputation. We did want to be in Buderim, so that really decided the school. When we found our rental it was just outside of the zone. ...

Re: Paralysis Ticks

I can answer that one for you. Our cat was attacked by 8 of the little buggers. He had only been with us two weeks. Had just started going out and within two hours, he was nearly dead. Couldn't...

Re: Cats & Dogs

I think they are checked and treated for fleas before they leave the UK and then again in quarantine. It is something our cat hasn't had trouble with (even though he is long haired). Regular...

Re: Cats & Dogs

Hi Tracie

Apparently it does affect dogs as well and just as nasty. We are hoping our cat will be okay, what lasting effects it will have on him, we will have to wait and see. The tablet is...
