I would check this with your solicitor if I were you. I thought we had done everything by the book, but I heard nothing the charges from AEA,as it was then. I assumed that payment was not necessary...

Yes, I got the ADA e mail today and can confirm that they are suggesting that if all the owners who have not paid their dues, including Fadesa, fail to pay up, ADA are going to charge the good guys...

Make sure you get your snagging done by someone who knows what they are doing, and who is not connected to Fadesa in any way. Make sure that Fadesa agree the snagging and either correct the work...

probably bought from Fadesa in the early days of Phase 1 (end 2003) .....townhouses - 2 beds were from 150,000 + IVA and 3 beds from 165,000 + IVA - so they are probably selling at a profit but...
