Unfortunately, being in Adelaide we have no embassy, only a consulate. I will givd them a call and see whether we can extend through them. I have had an email from the office of our former MP...

Blood test results back and all normal except for Vit D which is waaaaay low and so I will have to take a liquid top-up every three months. Can live with that! Far preferable to osteoporosis later!...

Eew, eew, eew! No! No! I have a thing about mould! Probably not helped by having a biology degree so knowing what lies beneath!!! On the plus side, bread mould won't actually hurt you!
